I need CPR certification for myself, where do I sign up for a course?
OUCH! CPR & 1st Aid Training does not do courses for individuals. We specialize in workplace courses for groups of 4 or more students. We host the courses at your worksite. If you want us to training a group of students, that is our specialty in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Which class do I need?
Medical Professionals typically need the Basic Life Support (BLS) course
Daycare providers typically require Pediatric Heartsaver CPR/AED First Aid
K-12 teachers/staff/coaches typically are required to take the Heartsaver CPR/AED (K-12) course
We also do custom workshops for New Parents, babysitters, and youth groups (non-certification)
